Prepayment Policy

All patients must pay for their appointments in advance. This is in response to an increasing number of last minute cancellations and outstanding balances. Please know that we do our best to ensure that you are charged fairly (i.e. adjusting for time spent) and we can always reschedule your appointment at no charge if given 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-call/no-show will incur a $50 fee. This fee must be paid before any further services are provided.

Late Arrivals

Any late arrivals 15 minutes or more past your appointment fee will incur an automatic $50 charge and will require rescheduling. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice we are happy to do so at no extra charge.
