New Patients - 15 Minute Initial Consultation - No Charge
This initial phone consultation gives you the opportunity to see if the doctor’s style of medicine is the best fit for you.
Initial Comprehensive Visit - $350
During your first visit, the doctor will spend one to two hours to review and discuss your chief concerns and medical history. Typically, she/he will gather lab work and research your case after your initial visit. This will allow us to give you the most comprehensive care. Follow-up appointments are scheduled one to three weeks after the initial appointment. The cost of the initial visit depends upon the time and complexity of the visit. Most new patient visits are 1.5 hours.
New Patient Intake: $350

Our doctors provide acute care to established patients only.
Continuing Patients Follow-up Visit - $150 - $300
After the Initial Comprehensive Visit, our doctors will schedule an in-office follow-up appointment to check-in on the progress of a treatment and to go over any lab work or imaging ordered from the initial visit. Depending on the case, this can also be done over the phone and/or Zoom if the patient does not live locally. Typically, a follow-up visit after the initial visit costs between $150- 250. The fee is based upon the time and complexity of the follow-up.

Phone Consults - $150 - $300
Established patients have the ability to do Skype or phone consults with the doctors. These are a great resource to established out-of-town patients. Any time period greater than five minutes is considered a phone consult. The cost for the appointment includes the phone call as well as doctor’s time spent before and after the call (office time such as reviewing labs, editing the treatment plan, calling in prescriptions, etc. which would otherwise be done while the patient is in office). The cost of phone consults varies by time spent:

Email Correspondence - $35 - and up
We strive to make our care as convenient as possible for our patients. However, any email that requires a complex answer or takes more than five minutes of the doctor’s time may carry a fee similar to a phone consult.
Refill Requests - $35
Any refill request outside of a regularly scheduled office visit may carry additional fees.
Prepayment Policy
All patients must pay for their appointments in advance. This is in response to an increasing number of last minute cancellations and outstanding balances. Please know that we do our best to ensure that you are charged fairly (i.e. adjusting for time spent) and we can always reschedule your appointment at no charge if given 24 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-call/no-show will incur a $50 fee. This fee must be paid before any further services are provided.
Late Arrivals
Any late arrivals 15 minutes or more past your appointment fee will incur an automatic $50 charge and will require rescheduling. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice we are happy to do so at no extra charge.
