Women's Medicine

Dr. Hayman treats women of all ages from teenagers to post-menopausal. She offers yearly Well Woman Exams, which includes a breast exam, pelvic exam, and sample collection.  Dr. Hayman has helped treat patients with the following conditions: Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood changes, migraines, Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN), Low-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions (LSIL).

Dr. Hayman was trained by renowned Physicians, Dr. Marianne Marchese and Dr. Jennifer Nevels, in the natural treatment of cervical dysplasia called Escharotics.  This is a non-surgical therapy for patients seeking a less invasive treatment other than LEEPs, Cryotherapy, Lasers, or Cone Biopsy. Escharotic treatments are an in-office procedure that uses botanicals, minerals, and enzymes to help heal the cervix.  It is a series of treatments which takes 10 weeks on average.  Dr. Hayman also incorporates at-home immune system building treatments along with the Escharotics.  Pricing varies and packages can be created for multiple treatments.

Dr. Hayman provides patients with relief from menopausal and post-menopausal signs and symptoms, such as hot flashes, weight gain, vaginal dryness, and mood changes.  Dr. Hayman tailors her treatment plans on an individualized basis.  There are varying degrees of treatment for women who are menopausal and post-menopausal.  Dr. Hayman can utilize everything from botanicals to compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).  She believes in the "less is more" approach to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy by using a low dose complex of estrogens, and most likely opposing the estrogens with compounded bioidentical progesterone for protection.
